First: to my Daughter Minnie Eichhorn, I give and bequeath all my household and kitchen furniture, carpets, rugs, beds and bedding, silverware and personal property of any kind, containing in the residence and primisses now occupied by me at Lonaconing, Allegany County, Maryland.
Second: To my said daughter Minnie Eichhorn I give and bequeath the sum of three thousand (3000) dollars:

Eichhorn the sum of three hundred dollars not payable before one year an ten days after my death, on aprovel of the following condition: he must quit drinking intoxicating drinks, such as whiskey, lager beer etc. he must not gamble or visiting such houses where such as gambling or intoxicating drinks is sold or given away. Should the aforenamed George Eichhorn fail to comply with the aforesaid condition my executors shall take the monny and I bequeathed to him as stated in this my last will and divide the same between Minnie Eichhorn, Anna Schneider, August L. Eichhorn, Martin Eichhorn, Fredrich Eichhorn and Gustav Eichhorn in equal share and share alike, otherwise pay the said George L. Eichhorn as directed above.

He must join his family again of which 1. he is separeted for a number of years without supporting the same. 2 he must quit drinking any intoxicating drink such as whiskey, lager beer etc. 3 he must not visiting any saloon or houses where such drinks is sold or giving away. 4 he must go to work in order to earn so much to support his family and make a respectfully citizen of himself. Wm. Eichhorn, 18 Son of Policeman Ends Life at Frostburg
Frostburg, Md., Dec. 14 - William Eichhorn, 18, Son of Officer Dart Eichhorn of the local police department, fired a .32 calibre bullet through his brain at four o'clock this afternoon, bringing instant death.
Young Eichhorn had bee subject to epilepsy for the past year. Four weeks ago he suffered injury, cutting two fingers of the left hand off, at the Annan-Jefferies Mines at Allegany. The injury caused untold suffering which intensified his epileptic condition.
Having been dismissed from the hospital, he was taken to his home on Ormnond Street during the past week and at intervanls threatened to take his life. Members of the family took every precaution, locking door, drawers, and cases continin sharp implements or guns.
After officer Eichhorn lay sleeping on the lower floor, his son crept to the second floor and with a shoe buttoner unlocked the drawer of a dresser in Mr. Eichhorn's bedroom and secured a .32 automatic. He fired, the bullet passing near the right temple, making exit at the top of the skull. By the time members of the family had reached him he was dead.
Officers Investigate
State's Attorney William A. Huster and County Investigator Terrance J. Boyle, who were summoned, after inquiry decided it was a case of suicide.
Thomas riffith, who is on the night police force living on one side of the Eichhorn home, and Mrs. John Wilson on the other, both told of having heard the report of the revolver.
Surviving are his parents and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Emma Brandt, Cumberland; Walter Eichhorn, Mrs. Louis Tyree, Miss Thelma Eichhorn and Richard Eichhorn all of the home.
